Corey Pritchett Jr. gained fame as a family vlogger on YouTube, thanks to his channel, Carmen and Corey, on which he and his wife Carmen have revealed their lives to millions of followers. The joint journey of the couple took a turn when a scandal broke out involving accusations of infidelity.

According to an article by The Cinemaholic, the couple are likely separated. Though they have yet to officially file for divorce, both have taken off their wedding bands, as a last gesture to indicate the end of their marriage.

Moreover, Corey Pritchett Jr is now dealing with serious criminal charges. On 23 November 2024, he allegedly kidnapped two women in Houston, Texas. Therefore he was charged with aggravated kidnapping on 26 December 2024.

The two women had supposedly met Corey Pritchett Jr and his friends for a series of social activities, from riding vehicles to bowling, court documents said.

But it soon got worse when Corey allegedly accelerated the vehicle at high speeds, shooting out his window and making threats to the women’s lives (HUFF POST).

The situation became so dire that Corey reportedly abandoned the women on the side of the road. Investigators have confirmed the women’s account with GPS data and other evidence, and are now seeking to extradite Pritchett, who fled the country to Qatar in early December.

Carmen and Corey’s YouTube channel garnered major popularity as fans followed the duo through pranks, challenges, and family days. They launched their channel in 2016, and over the years their relationship evolved as they had children.

In 2018, the couple welcomed their first son, C.J., followed by tying the knot in the year 2020. Carmen went through a miscarriage in 2021. Still, she became pregnant again, and in 2022 they had their second son, Cayden.

The couple faced several relationship issues including infidelity over time. In a YouTube video, called “She CHEATED… I’m done!” Corey and Carmen opened up about their problems within the marriage.

The video exposed infidelities by both sides at various points of their relationship. Corey Pritchett Jr also appeared in a separate video wherein he was seen enjoying his time with two other women in Miami, leading to even more speculations.

The couple agreed to the fact that there was nothing positive about their marriage other than their children (The Cinema Holic), and both admitted that their romantic relationship was over.
