5. Non-Reaction
This technique is extremely helpful when one faces tense and aggravating events. Situations often spiral and go out of control due to one’s hasty and angry reactions. But, if one learns to be non-reactive, then not only can a person control their mind and emotions, but also deal with negative influences and people in a positive manner. Not just that, it also makes the opposite reactive person feel a bit guilty a while later.
