On Hollyoaks tonight, Darren must decide what to do after Frankie reveals J.J.’s abuse, Ro finds out a devastating secret, and Tony gives an ultimatum.
Hollyoaks tonight: Ro feels betrayed by Ant
Ant explains to Ro that being Ash was just a lark and a bit of payback. He says they never took it too seriously. Ro tells him that she told Ash all of her personal feelings. Ant says he was just sick of Ro being everyone’s favorite, and Ro snaps. She tells him that she is definitely not Mum’s favorite. Ant promises to make it up to Ro.
Tony overhears Diane talking about Ro’s bindings. When realizations break about how much Diane has been drinking, a mug gets broken and tensions escalate. Dave snaps at Diane claiming that she’s lamenting that her kid isn’t acting the way that she wants but is trying to lose a daughter. Diane says she already has. Tony snaps that Ro isn’t dead and tells Diane she’s ugly, which causes her to run out of the room in tears.
Hollyoaks tonight: Diane’s drinking affects the family
Everyone leaves, and Tony apologizes to Diane. He explains that it’s her drinking that is ugly, and it’s not good for the kids to be seeing her like that. Diane promises him she’ll change tomorrow because she’s pouring another drink.
Ava and Ant approach Ro with a peace offering. Ant gives Ro a razor, boxer shorts, and his favorite cap.
Diane and Tony come out of the house in front of the kids and are still arguing about her drinking. Diane wants to go find Suzanne to celebrate. Tony tells Diane she is putting alcohol in front of her family. Ro asks, “Is it because of me?” Diane says no and that she wants the best future for them. Ro tells Diane to prove what she is saying by not drinking anymore.
Hollyoaks tonight: Darren realizes the magnitude of Frankie’s secret
Frankie sobs after telling Darren about being sexually abused by J.J. and gives more details. Darren is horrified at the extent of what she has suffered and for how long. Frankie begs him not to tell anyone and regrets saying it out loud, but Darren swears to her that he’ll do everything he can for her.
Darren asks Nancy to sit with Frankie and not let her out of her sight while he gets J.J. in the car and confronts him. J.J. starts crying and denies the accusations. Darren brings J.J. home and tells him he knows that J.J. is lying. J.J. says he never raped his sister, and Darren snarls that he never used that word.
Darren calls for Nancy to bring Frankie home, and when Suzanne comes in, Darren tells her what J.J. has done. Suzanne turns around and starts yelling about how disgusted she is, but to Darren’s horror, she is yelling at Frankie. She tells Frankie she’s a liar, packs some bags, and takes J.J. away. Darren comforts Frankie and tells her that he doesn’t know what happens next, but he will help her and protect her.
