General Hosptial's Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) has had a tumultuous life. But despite romance issues and other drama, she has her kids to remind her how wonderful life can be. She’s got three boys: Cameron, Jake, and Aiden, each with a different father. Let’s take a look at who their dads are.
Cameron Webber on General Hospital
Cameron was born in 2004, and the role was played by several child actors over the years until William Lipton took over in 2018. He has been synonymous with the character ever since. Zander Smith (Chad Brannon) was a lowly criminal who sold drugs to kids. He worked with various mobsters including Joseph Sorrel (Joe Marinelli), Luis Alcazar (Ted King), and even Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). He also battled a drug addiction and had issues with his father, Cameron Lewis (Lane Davies).
When Zander ran afoul of Sonny, the mafia don had his chief enforcer, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), beat the young man up. Elizabeth found Zander and helped him recover. They were later kidnapped by enemies of Sonny, and Zander started developing feelings for her. Elizabeth stopped Jason from killing him, so the hit man exiled Zander from Port Charles.

Zander eventually returned and found himself reeling from a breakup with Emily Quartermaine (Natalia Livingston), while Elizabeth was having trouble with her second marriage to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). Elizabeth and Zander had a one-night stand, which resulted in her getting pregnant. She and Ric knew that Zander was the child’s father, and the baby boy was named Cameron after his grandfather. Zander allowed the couple to raise the child because he had begun working for an evil mobster named Faith Roscoe (Cynthia Preston). Eventually, things got so out of control that, when faced with a police standoff, Zander pretended to have a gun and was shot dead.
Jake Webber on General Hospital
Hudson West has played Jake since 2016. When Jason learned his girlfriend Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) slept with Ric, Elizabeth was simultaneously upset because her husband, Lucky Spencer (then Greg Vaughan), was taking drugs and having an affair with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Jason and Elizabeth commiserated over their broken relationships and had a one-night affair.
Of course, she got pregnant again and, for a time, pretended it was Lucky’s child because Jason’s occupation was extremely dangerous. She secretly paid tribute to Jason by giving the child a name with the initials “J.M.” Her grandfather was named Martin, and she picked Jacob Martin Webber as the baby’s full name.
Jake was born via C-section and was not breathing, but the medical staff saved his life. Eventually, Jason learned that Jake was his child but allowed Elizabeth and Lucky to raise Jake. In 2011, Jake was believed to have been killed by a hit-and-run driver—Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary)—but it all turned out to be a setup by the evil Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers). Eventually, Luke and Lucky rescued Jake and returned him to Elizabeth, and Jason was thereafter allowed to be in his son’s life.
Aiden Webber on General Hospital
Born in 2010, Aiden was recently recast with Colin Cassidy. During her rocky marriage to Lucky, Elizabeth had an affair with his brother Nikolas Cassadine (then Tyler Christopher). She got pregnant yet again, but this time, Helena messed with the paternity tests, making it appear that Nikolas was the father so Helena could claim the child as an heir.
Right when Elizabeth got a separate set of DNA tests done, Jake appeared to have been killed. This derailed Elizabeth for a bit, but she eventually read the results and realized Lucky was the actual father. She worried that telling him would cause him to once again clash with his brother, but Jason talked sense into her and told her to be honest.
It was fortunate for Lucky, because he was feeling guilty over some other issues and was about to start drinking, having been sober for a while. While Nikolas was beside himself because Aiden turned out not to be his son, Lucky found a renewed interest in staying sober. Lucky was married to a woman named Siobhan McKenna (Erin Chambers), but when she died in 2011, he spread her ashes in Ireland and decided to stay there.
Now that Jackson has returned to General Hospital, Lucky will have a new chance to get to know Aiden.
