With Somalia in their rearview mirror, it seems like General Hospital’s heroes can now rest easy. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) joined forces to rescue Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) from the clutches of the villainous Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) also happened to be there, posing as the baddie’s girlfriend, but she was really looking to steal the diamonds he’d been mining. While it appeared that she wasn’t interested in helping Lucky escape, she came through in the end with a vehicle that got the gang to the airport, where a WSB transport brought them back to Port Charles.
She may ask Robert for help
While Lucky’s preparing to be a liver donor for his sister, Lulu, Holly may have imminent danger ahead of her. When viewers last saw Sidwell on the September 27 episode, he ordered his men to go after Holly to retrieve the diamonds that she purloined. So, Holly’s going to need help when the villain and his henchmen arrive in Port Charles. Anna and Jason will no doubt rush to her aid if they are aware of Sidwell’s actions. Holly may also run straight to her ex-husband Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), and ask for his assistance.
For the better part of the last two decades, Holly’s been in and out of Port Charles, either chasing a scheme here and there or helping her son, Ethan (James Ryan), get out of his debts with nefarious people. This time around, it seems that she wasn’t helping Ethan, only stealing diamonds for herself. However, it may turn out that she was going to use them to pay off whatever Ethan owes.

And running to Robert won’t do his love life any good. He’s been in pretty good standing with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), although she wasn’t too happy when it appeared that Holly was back in his life for a longer stretch. However, Robert and Holly parted ways when both realized they couldn’t live in each others’ worlds. So, Diane’s going to have to accept the reality that he’ll always help Holly but won’t get involved romantically with the con woman.
Sidwell could cause trouble
With Lucky back in Port Charles, it’s unclear how long he’ll be staying, but the odds are that it will be longer than Holly. She seems to be nomadic, always chasing a con and never settling down in one place. Eventually, that lifestyle’s going to catch up with her, and either she’s going to end up sleeping with the fishes because she double-crossed the wrong person, or she’ll finally find someone who is her equal and can traipse the world with her.
Sidwell’s going to bring a great deal of trouble with him, as well, on General Hospital. He’s now got a beef with Jason and Anna, and most likely will clash with them. It would be nice if Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) got involved to run the villain out of town and protect his friends. If Sidwell is eventually defeated, Holly will be able to sell the diamonds and live large, perhaps abandoning her scheming ways.
