While Alexa Havins' first General Hospital airdate as Lulu Spencer is not yet known, it does look like Lulu is about to get a liver transplant that will keep her alive. After that, it's only a matter of time until she wakes from her long coma and Havins makes her debut as Luke and Laura's only daughter.
Just the details on General Hospital's Alexa Havins
Havins was born on November 16, 1990, in Artesia, New Mexico, but raised in Chandler, Arizona. While her first performing love was dancing, she switched to acting and moved to New York City to study her craft at the famed Circle in the Square theater school, according to IMDb.

Alexa Havins' soap opera roots
ABC soap fans will recognize Havins from her role as Babe Carey on the classic daytime drama All My Children. Havins played Babe from 2003 to 2007 and again in 2011 as a guest star. The character was married to J.R. Chandler, and she was quickly embroiled in controversy when she kept Bianca Montgomery's baby as her own.
Babe also became Tad Martin's stepdaughter when he married Babe's mother, Krystal. Tad was played by soap icon Michael E. Knight, who is now a part of the GH cast as Martin Grey, Lulu's uncle. When Lulu entered her coma, she had no idea she even had an uncle named Martin, but she is about to find out as Havins and Knight reunite on-screen.
All My Children gives Havins a gift
It was on All My Children that Havins also met her husband, Justin Bruening, who played Babe's stepbrother, Jamie Martin. The pair married in 2005 and have three children together.
In 2018, Havins reflected on her soap opera days in an interview with Soap Central, noting what it gave her on a personal level.
"I absolutely loved every minute that I was on All My Children," Havins said. "Daytime for me was such a beautiful gift. The people I worked with, both on camera and behind, it literally was absolute perfection. I met my husband there...and now we have a beautiful family because of our time on All My Children."
During the interview, Havins did not rule out a return to soaps.
"I think daytime is brilliant," Havins admitted. "I love it. So, I guess never say never. If it was the right character and the timing worked, possibly, right?"
It looks like the right timing and the right character are finally here to give GH's Lulu Spencer a new lease on life.
