What does Drew REALLY want from Willow? The latest General Hospital fan theory

General Hospital fans have been repulsed by Drew and Willow from the start. We could all see that first kiss coming last July 4th a mile away, but we never expected Drew to morph into a cult leader with one cult member, dumb-dumb Willow, who thinks he walks on water.

While Drew's obsession with Willow has been a bit confounding, fans seem to think they know what he is really up to — and it's ugly.

Things got real last week on General Hospital when Drew (Cameron Mathison) presented his mark...we mean Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)...with papers that would give him custody of her children if anything were to happen to her or Michael. With Michael already in a German clinic, Willow just signed away without even consulting her husband.

Drew was so excited about this dope signing her kids over to him that he told his lawyer to push the paperwork through as soon as possible. When Willow began having second thoughts, he pushed them out of her mind and then had sex with her so she would stay compliant, or at least that's how it seemed.

Drew really, really wants the rights to Wiley and Amelia, but why? And has he been playing a (very) long game all this time?

General Hospital fans think they've figured it out

Is it possible that Drew has been conning the very gullible Willow all this time? He seems to want her kids more than he wants her, and GH fans think he's after Wiley and Amelia's ELQ shares.

"Drew sure seems to be setting up something to incapacitate Willow. His goal is to get those ELQ shares from her kids," wrote X (formerly Twitter) user @Coloproud88.

"Drew constantly bringing up Michael dying and Drew constantly bringing up Michael dying and being incapacitated while waiving around legal documents to take their kids…isn’t a red flag for Willow???" asked @abrittain.

Some fans think that Drew is plotting to kill Willow, while others think he may be the one behind the fire bomb in Sonny's (Maurice Benard) penthouse that took Michael out of commission.

"Is Drew planning to kill Willow?" mused @kimbafuzz. "This convo is super weird. And he’s hyper fixated on Carly getting the kids if something happens to Willow. Like, why is he making this leap?"

@GHTidBits concurs. "The fact he mentioned that Willow could end up incapacitated again today tells me all I need to know. Drew is going to take Willow out," they wrote.

@sunshinepeach is sure that Drew had to be the mastermind behind January's explosion. "I swear Drew was behind that 'assassination attempt on Sonny', and the goal was always to take Michael out of the equation."

Could Drew and Willow's love scene on April 23rd be the last one we ever see between the pair? (PLEASE!!!) Maybe something will happen in Germany that changes everything for Willow, taking her away from Drew forever. (Again, PLEASE!!!)
