"Vile, creepy, and gross"—General Hospital fans don't hold back their hate for Drew and Willow

General Hospital's Drew and Willow can't stop shocking their fellow Port Charles citizens and the soap's fans. Their "romance" (if you can call it that) is disturbing on a multitude of levels, but it certainly has viewers buzzing.

Even Nina's had it with Willow

For years, Nina put up with Willow when she had to, as they had a contentious relationship from the start. Nina was the annoying class parent who thought her child could do no wrong when Willow was Charlotte Cassadine's third-grade teacher. Nina didn't want to accept the fact that her stepdaughter was a bully, so she gave Willow a very hard time the entire school year.

After years of enemy and frenemy status, Nina and Willow learned they were mother and daughter. Suddenly, Willow could do no wrong in Nina's eyes. It took two years, but Nina and Willow now have a close relationship. That doesn't mean Nina can't see when her daughter is making major mistake after mistake.

Nina stood there in disbelief as Willow wondered what was wrong with having sex with Drew in the same bed she shared with her injured husband. So did fans, who took to social media to blast Willow and her equally clueless lover, Drew.

General Hospital fans let loose on 'Drillow'

After Nina and Brook Lynn tried reasoning with Willow as gently as they could, only for their words to go in one ear and out the other, GH fans were as exasperated as Willow's mother and friend.

"Brook Lynn…Willow, what were you thinking? The fans…She wasn’t thinking," X (formerly Twitter) user @paula_30throad commented, speaking for an audience full of fans shaking their heads.

@KathyRe0116 couldn't believe Drew and Willow's audacity as they took a roll in the hay, considering Michael's condition.

"Drew said he jumped the fence (even though Tracy banned him from being there). This so-called Congressman is acting like a 15 y/o. And Willow is smiling and forgot all abt her husband being in a burn unit somewhere."

Some fans are completely disgusted by Drew and are not holding back, like @Krista91344061.

"Drew is a dirtbag, and fans hate the Willow and Drew thing and want it to end. They are vile disgusting creepy and gross, the character Drew used to be good then they ruined him and now I wish they would just kill off Drew," they wrote.

Willow doesn't even seem to understand that she is living in a house that doesn't belong to her — for free. However, fans comprehend Willow's situation better than she does.

"Willow kept saying she should be able to see Drew in HER HOUSE…you mean the house Monica let your husband Michael use for you & the kids," @TheMadameTea tweeted. "Does she not even see how sick it is to bring her lover to sleep w/in the bed she shared w/her husband, in a home that belongs to her husband’s grandmother, while he languishes in the burn unit? This isn’t hard to look at & see how disgusting the optics are let alone the disrespect for everyone in this situation."

@3XOscarWinner can't believe the gall of Willow to claim she cares about Michael at all.

"It's amazing how two-faced Willow is, she sleeps with Drew in Michael's home, in Michael's bed, and then has the gall to call Germany to leave a message to MIchael about how much they miss him and want him home. She is loving not having Michael around right now."

How low will Drew and Willow go? With this truly unpopular pairing, there seems to be no bottom.
