Welcome to the General Hospital Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on General Hospital
If we ask what the heck is wrong with Kristina, we could be here all day with a very long answer. However, what we really want to know is — what the heck is wrong with Lucky? How can he hear Kristina admit to attempted murder and immediately tell her to run away and cover for herself? Clearly, she isn't well, but she had just admitted to trying to kill Ava. It doesn't matter if people don't like Ava. Kristina still doesn't have a right to try and kill her. Maybe rather than helping Kristina get away with her heinous act, he could have at least immediately told Alexis what happened so Kristina's mother could help her. We understand that after initially telling Kristina to run and pretend nothing had happened, Lucky was distracted by Elizabeth's injuries, but if he continues to cover for Kristina, we cry foul. Sadly, that's exactly what we can see happening. After finally confessing his love to a bedridden and unconscious Elizabeth, Lucky is not covering for the person who nearly killed her, even if Ric and Liz weren't the intended victims. What a damper this would put on Liz and Lucky's allegedly new and improved relationship if Lucky continues to lie for Kristina — or at least omit the truth. Will Lucky do the right thing and turn Kristina in, or will he end up ruining his new chance at happiness just to cover for his boss, who doesn't deserve his help?
