Fan favorite General Hospital actress Lexi Ainsworth teases that she's back on set at the ABC soap opera, which means Kristina Corinthos Davis will soon be back in Port Charles!
General Hospital viewers have been begging for the return of Lexi Ainsworth (Kristina Corinthos Davis), and they're finally going to get their wish: the actress reveals that she is back to work at the soap opera she's called home since 2009.
Ainsworth announced the news in an Instagram story (which was reposted by a fan on Twitter) that shows her in her GH dressing room along with the tease, "She's back!"

Viewers last saw Ainsworth on their screens in September, when she delivered stellar performances for the storyline in which Kristina found out that her father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), was alive.
There's no news about what the writers have planned for Kristina's return this time around, but she may be connecting with her mom, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who was recently pardoned and released from Spring Ridge prison.
Ainsworth originally played Sonny and Alexis' daughter from 2009 to 2011, after which actress Lindsey Morgan took over the role. Ainsworth returned in 2015 and took on a big story in which Kristina questioned her sexuality and began an affair with her married college professor, Parker Forsyth (Ashley Jones). She was also involved in a big story in 2019 that saw Kristina falling under the influence of Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and his Dawn of Day cult.
