Josh Swickard (Harrison Chase, General Hospital) and his wife, Lorynn York, are proud to introduce their newborn daughter, Savannah Kaye Swickard, who was a perfect Easter present!
Wow, six weeks goes by quickly! In February, Soap Central reported the exciting news that General Hospital star Josh Swickard (Harrison Chase) and his wife, Lorynn York, were expecting their first child together, and the due date was just one and a half months away. The big moment has come, and the parents are thrilled to share that they have welcomed a daughter that they have named Savannah Kaye Swickard.
"You have no idea how loved you are! And what an absolute boss your mama is," Swickard enthused to his new baby in an Instagram post announcing the child's birth. "Welcome to the world baby girl."
York also shared the news of Savannah's birth -- which happened on Friday, April 2 -- in an Instagram post that includes several family photos. "You are a world changer baby girl!!!" she wrote along with the collection of super sweet snaps. "BEST Easter Ever."

Several daytime stars shared their congratulations with Swickard and York, including Rebecca (ex-Hayden Barnes, GH; ex-Greenlee Smythe, All My Children), Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos, GH), Eden McCoy (Josslyn Jacks, GH), Michael Mealor (Kyle Newman, The Young and the Restless), and Hayley Erin (ex-Kiki Jerome, GH) -- the latter of whom just announced that she is expecting twin girls!
As Soap Central previously reported, Swickard and York conceived Savannah while they were filming their popular Netflix movie A California Christmas. The couple kept the news of their pregnancy a secret until just six weeks ago, when they shared the exciting info with Access Hollywood.
