Great news for fans of General Hospital's Emme Rylan (Lulu Spencer): the actress has signed a new contract with the ABC soap opera.
Fans were starting to worry that the recent attempt on the character's life might take her off the canvas, but Rylan took to social media to assure fans that she's sticking around in Port Charles, no matter what's in the character's future.

This is the second time in recent memory that fans have worried about Lulu's place on the canvas. Some viewers worried about the character's future when her husband, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), left town on a secret mission. But the worry was all for naught, as Lulu's new career as a journalist has kept her front and center.
Rylan took on the role of Luke and Laura's daughter in 2013, having stepped in to replace actress Julie Marie Berman, who had played the character since 2005. Prior to joining GH, Rylan played The Young and the Restless' Abby Newman from 2010 to 2013 and Guiding Light's Lizzie Spaulding from 2006 to 2009.
