Photo finish: General Hospital's Tabyana Ali spreads joy with Instagram photo dump

On General Hospital, Trina is finally getting another story that’s picking up speed. She’s got a possible budding romance with PCU footballer Kai (Jens Austin Astrup), who needs her support since he’s suffered an injury that might end his career before it even starts. As fans get behind Trina and this new leading man for her, Tabyana Ali reciprocated the love by sharing several pics on social media.

General Hospital star Tabyana Ali took to Instagram to write simply, “OMG ITS AN INSTAGRAM DUMP❗️❗️” She included the hashtags, “#instagram #generalhospital #bts #moments,” and even slipped in a funny one to see if people were paying attention, which read, “#doyallreadthesehashtags.”

The dump was more than just an influx of photos, it also contained videos. The first pic was a selfie of her looking rather serious. The next was a video clip of Trina talking to Ava (Maura West), followed by a pic of her standing in front of a Christmas tree, looking rather serious. Next was a video of Astrup dressed in a suit who turns to the camera and raises his eyebrows in acknowledgement.

And finally, there was a cute video with Ali dressed as one of Santa’s elves. General Hospital alum Evan Hofer, who played Dex Heller, walked up to her, lifted her high in the air, and sat her down on a desk where he put his arm around her, and the two smiled.

Astrup was pleased by her post and responded, “Damn I love this.” Follower @deejaybee3 had the same reaction that many fans had, writing, “You and Evan would make such a cute couple! 😍.” General Hospital makeup artist Stephanie Riley “The Beauty Enhancer” commented, “Who’s that girl…. Lalalala….. 🎵🎵.”

@johnsphotogallery got Ali’s joke and hilariously responded, “I read the hashtags 😂.” With Ali looking adorable as an elf, GH alum Jacqueline Grace Lopez (Blaze) couldn’t help but reply, “Ommmgg elf on the shelf: the Taby edition. 🤣.” A loyal Ali fan page called @tabyanaaliupdates commented enthusiastically, “ALWAYS here for a Taby dump!”

Many of the fans had questions as to why Hofer was killed off and why Dex didn’t have a funeral. Some didn’t think it was the appropriate forum for such questions, while others just enjoyed seeing him and Ali together. And @fouryourlove76 had fun writing a punny response: “Listen...Evan @evanhofer I don't do Uber but I sure can use a Lyft 😉 (get it) 😍,” obviously punning about him lifting Ali up.
