Lucky could barely believe it when Elizabeth told him that his liver wasn't safe for donation. "Your liver could kill her," Elizabeth admitted.

Lucky insisted that the lab had to be wrong, and he demanded they run the test again. Elizabeth said that the lab had already double-checked. The assumption was that Lucky had drunk unfiltered water on his travels and ingested a parasite. Lucky was sure there had to be a cure to make his liver viable, but Elizabeth sadly informed him that there wasn't.

Lucky blamed himself for staying away from his family too long. Elizabeth pointed out that he'd saved countless people. "What does it matter if I can't save my sister?" Lucky asked. A distraught Lucky went to visit Lulu and apologized for not being able to save her.

"I'm the big brother, but you gotta listen to me. You're the strong one...you're brave and fearless and stubborn. You've always been a fighter, and that's what I need you to do right now until we find a donor," Lucky begged.

Rocco appeared at the door, surprised to see Lucky. He said he recognized Lucky from photographs. "Why were you talking about finding a donor? It's you, right? Aren't you going to save my mom?" Rocco asked.

Before Lucky could answer, Dante arrived and happily welcomed Lucky back home. Lucky was forced to tell Dante that he couldn't be Lulu's donor. Rocco was distraught and ran from the room. Dante chased Rocco down just as Sam showed up and said she had heard the news about Lucky's liver. Dante assured Rocco he wouldn't let Lulu die.

Lucky made his way to Bobbie's and practically lost his mind. When he couldn't find Carly, he angrily told everyone at Bobbie's that they had to leave. The disturbed customers dispersed so Lucky could smash dishes, knock over table and chairs, and have a complete meltdown.

Meanwhile, Lucas found Elizabeth in tears in the break room. Elizabeth told Lucas the bad news about Lucky's liver. She also worried about Lucky after seeing the devastation in his eyes.

Before Lucas saw Elizabeth at the hospital, he caught up with Carly at the Metro Court bar. Lucas told his sister about visiting Bobbie's grave. Lucas also mentioned that he had seen Willow and Wiley at Bobbie's. Lucas was amazed how much Wiley had grown. He was also glad that Wiley didn't remember his chaotic first year or so of life.

Carly filled in more details about Wiley's life for Lucas before moving on to Lucas' life. He said he had just become a trauma surgeon but had no romantic life to speak of. However, he made sure to tell Carly that Brad was also working at the hospital again. Carly was incensed to hear the news, but Lucas defended Terry's decision. Carly worried that Brad would try to get back together with Lucas.

"You're worried about me getting back with my ex? Do you forget that Joss filled me in on you and Sonny in Tracy's bedroom?" Lucas asked.

Elsewhere in the Metro Court restaurant, Mac and Felicia discussed the Holly situation. "The woman breeds chaos. I'm just glad she listened when I told her to stay away from Robert," Mac said. Felicia had to inform him that she had encouraged Holly to seek out Robert.

Mac was furious that Felicia had encouraged Holly to visit Robert. Felicia defended herself. "They were going to see each other eventually. Why prolong it?" Felicia asked. Felicia pointed out that Robert was a grown man who was happy with Diane. She didn't see the harm in Holly seeing Robert. When Mac called Robert, his brother refused to answer.

When Mac left to see Robert, Felicia was fascinated by a private investigator she knew who was holding a small dog on the other side of the dining room. Felicia then spotted Lucas and welcomed him back to Port Charles before she left. The woman with the dog chased her down and asked who the "tasty new man" was in Carly's life. "I heard she was reuniting with her ex. Is she really stepping out on Sonny already?" the P.I. asked.

Felicia told her old friend that the handsome man with Carly had been her gay brother. Felicia wondered if Carly was part of the case the woman was working on.

When Holly arrived at Robert's office, he welcomed her with open arms and told Holly he had been waiting for her. Holly bragged about helping rescue Lucky, but Robert just wanted to know how she had gotten mixed up with Sidwell.

Holly insisted her con had been going fine until Anna and Jason had arrived. "It was complicated enough when Lucky got captured. And then they show up and get themselves captured, too," Holly said. She also lied and told Robert she had come out of the deal empty-handed.

Holly asked about Diane next. Robert told Holly they were happy, but he didn't seem to mean it. Instead, he wanted to know how long Holly would be in town. Before she could answer, Mac barged in and gave Holly a hard time for visiting Robert. Mac even told Holly to leave so he and Robert could discuss PCPD business. After Holly left, Mac and Robert argued about her. Robert assured Mac he wasn't a "lovesick shmuck."

Anna and Brennan met up in his office, where Brennan demanded to know what had really happened at Sidwell's compound. Anna expressed her anger at the drone strike, pointing out how the good guys could have been killed. Jason walked in next, so Brennan wanted to hear his side of the story, too.

Anna went over everything as Jason silently nodded. However, they left out the part where they had kissed. When Brennan asked what had happened to Sidwell, they admitted they had lost him in all the chaos. Jason then left, but Anna stayed behind to answer some questions.

Brennan asked why Anna hadn't killed Sidwell. "I got you in. I got you out. You couldn't throw me a bone?" Brennan wondered. He also asked what was really going on between her and Jason. Brennan was surprised that Anna would trust a civilian who operated outside the law. Brennan was more interested in hiring Jason than ever and wanted Anna to convince him to work for the WSB. Anna told Brennan to leave Jason and Carly alone.

After Anna left, Brennan called Carly and asked her to dinner. Meanwhile, Anna visited Jason at the coffee warehouse to talk about the kiss.

In the Pentonville visiting area, Alexis asked Sam how the search for the gun was going, knowing if the gun was found, she would walk free. Sam informed her mother that every search for the gun had turned up empty. Sam had even dived into the river and hadn't found it.

Sam told Alexis that the PCPD had scheduled another dive, and she would dive again, as well. Alexis tried talking Sam out of diving again. She preferred that Sam focus on keeping Molly and Kristina from killing one another. Sam said she would try, but Molly blamed Kristina for Alexis being in jail.

"Her father is the reason I am in here because he couldn't stop himself from trying to destroy my life," Alexis said, referring to Ric. Sam assured Alexis she would have tossed the gun if she had thought she'd been protecting one of her kids.

Sam told Alexis that Molly was scared for her, but Alexis confessed she was more scared that Kristina would end up behind bars and not be able to handle it. "Sam, you have to convince Kristina not to do one more well-meaning thing before she sinks us both," Alexis said. Alexis especially didn't want Kristina to tell Molly about the gun.

After Sam left, Marty arrived and told Alexis that he had hired a private investigator to follow Carly and blow up Sonny's alibi. Alexis reminded Marty that Sonny was off-limits. "If you focus this investigation on Sonny, then Kristina is going to tell everyone that she had Sonny's gun," Alexis said.

Marty grew frustrated and asked Alexis to stop talking and to trust him. Marty also didn't like the idea of accusing Sonny of murder and only wanted to get the police to re-open the investigation. Alexis still feared Marty would take it too far, and Kristina would try to save Sonny. Marty was convinced that the key to opening the investigation was exposing Carly's lies.
