Kirsten Storms, Gary James Fuller: Here's how General Hospital's Kirsten Storms celebrated her birthday

Kirsten Storms’ General Hospital character, Maxie, has been in a good place lately. She hasn’t been involved in any harrowing storylines and has been able to finally get on with the business of living. She’s been involved in continuing to make Deception Cosmetics a success, although with the diabolical Sidwell (Carlo Rota) helping the company with the rare minerals he has access to, anything’s possible. While all that plays out, Storms took some time to enjoy her real-life birthday.

The General Hospital fan love was palpable

On Instagram, Kirsten Storms shared a pic of her and her daughter, Harper, with the caption, “Thanks for all of the birthday wishes. ❤️ I had a great day with some of my favorite people. (This munchkin will forever hold the top place on that list.)”

Co-star Katelyn MacMullen, who plays Willow, responded, “Happy birthday to youuuu! 🥰🙏.” Meanwhile, Jaqueline Grace Lopez, who previously portrayed the singing sensation Blaze, wrote simply, “Happiest Birthday!” Recipe creator Michelle Lundstrom, the girlfriend of GH’s Steve Burton (Jason), replied, “Happy birthday ❤️.”

Birthday wishes were abundant in her post’s feed, with @jenlovesyankees commenting, “Aww love you got to spend your birthday with Harper !!! Happy birthday, Kirsten.” Referring to her previous role on the TV movie Zenon and her character’s hairdo, @johnjonne wrote, “The Zenon: The Zequel bob is back!!! 😍Happy birthday, Kirsten!”

The best TV mom

Nine-year-old Gary James Fuller, who plays Maxie’s son, James, posted his own tribute to his TV mom on Instagram, writing, “Happy birthday to the best TV mom a kid could ask for, @kirstenstorms!! 🎂🎈🎉. #gh #generalhospital #actor #actorslife #behindthescenes #bts #happybirthday.”

Fuller hasn’t been on the show for a few weeks, and as such, Storms replied, “Miss you buddy! ❤️.” The young actor lovingly responded, “@kirstenstorms miss you too! Hope we get to see each other again soon. Tell Harper I said hi!” They have a chemistry that makes them truly come across as mother and son on-screen.

He shared several behind-the-scenes shots of him and Storms, as well as several from the set that included them at the Metro Court Hotel’s pool, picnicing with the family at the Quartermaines’, Halloween, and a nice shot of the TV mother and son enjoying time together.
