Ava (Maura West) looks like the instigator this week as she sprints around Port Charles, causing trouble wherever she goes. She is in Portia's (Brook Kerr) office when Nina (Cynthia Watros) comes in to talk about what she found in Drew's safe. Ever the good friend, she suggests that Portia and Nina team up to bring down Drew. Should they go down the hall and tell Carly (Laura Wright) there's a new member of the Take Down Drew Crew?

Ava also makes it to Sonny's (Maurice Benard) this week just in time for him to have an episode with his heart. Do the two co-parents argue, leading Sonny to collapse on his living room floor? After all, he is supposed to avoid stress. Perhaps Ava begs Sonny for money, and he turns her down.

When Sonny collapses, Ava finds his vial of heart medication and looks like she's ready to withhold it from him — a la Edward (John Lewis) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) all those years ago. This is quite a nasty turn for Ava to take.

Krazy Kristina has a deadly plan

While Ava menaces Sonny, Kristina (Kate Mansi) is determined to be a menace to Ava. She determines that Ava must finally pay for Kristina's fall out the window last summer. She asked Sonny to kill her right after it happened, but he promised her that Ava would end up in jail.

That did not happen, and try as she might, Kristina has not been able to move on. So, she makes a move that could turn out to be deadly. Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) tries to stop her, but Kristina finds herself by Ava's car and decides that something has to be done. Does she do something to Ava's brakes? Does someone else end up behind the wheel?

Kristina's daring move could have devastating consequences for everyone, especially if there is a head-on collision with an innocent character not involved in this story at all. Perhaps it's time Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) considers getting her daughter the help she needs, as we wonder if Ava will get Sonny the help he needs...
