What to expect on General Hospital

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) takes a big step when she spends time away from Dawn of Drew to actually visit her husband in a German burn unit. It's been a long time coming, but Willow knows she has to face Michael at some point and discuss their children face-to-face.

How will Michael feel learning Willow has moved in with Drew as if he doesn't exist? Will Willow even get that far in her story before she makes her own shocking discovery?

Back in Port Charles, Nina (Cynthia Watros) is hard at work coming up with a plan to help Willow see who Drew (Cameron Mathison) really is. She needs a professional escort and Portia (Brook Kerr) to pull it off. It's a good thing that Portia is all in.

Secrets and questions

Molly (Kristen Vaganos) is stunned when she finds the commitment papers Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) had drawn up for Kristina (Kate Mansi), but not as surprised as Kristina is when Molly shows them to her. Both girls are bound to confront Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who will probably claim she was worried about Kristina, but isn't anymore.

Alexis also has to deal with Ava (Maura West), who wants to change their little blackmail payment schedule. Has Ava run through her first installment already?

Lulu (Alexa Havins) also has to answer a few questions when Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) demands to know why she is suddenly so interested in adoption. That leads to another loud argument between the women that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) walks in on. He wants to know what this latest fight is about, but will either one give him a straight answer?

Saving Sonny

In Los Angeles, Sonny (Maurice Benard) undergoes his open heart surgery with Carly (Laura Wright) anxiously waiting for a prognosis from his medical team. While the doctor might have good news, there is something bad happening with a syringe in Sonny's hospital room. Can Brick (Stephen A. Smith) save him on time? Brick should have known that Sidwell (Carlo Rota) would try to pull something the second he learned that Natalia (Eva LaRue) was once married to him.
