General Hospital spoilers preview an emotional week in Port Charles, as the fallout from Kristina's fall continues.

General Hospital's Sonny wants revenge

John shocks Kristina and her family by arresting her as she's about to be discharged from the hospital. Seeing John treat his daughter that way makes Sonny more determined than ever to get revenge on both John and Ava. However, he needs to play his cards right.

At least Jason now knows that Valentin set up a chain of events that led everyone here. Valentin was the one who made sure Sonny took bipolar medication with a fraction of the prescribed dosage. If Valentin hadn't done that, Ava wouldn't have taken things one step further. The switch also led to Sonny's assault on Dex, which is what Ava wanted Kristina to testify about in the custody battle for Avery.

Anna is stunned when Jason gives her this information. The more she learns about Valentin's activities over the last year, the more disturbed she becomes. Was she really so wrong about this man who she loved?

A Molly and Kristina war?

It appears Kristina gets out of legal hot water for the moment because she and Molly have it out at Alexis' house. Kristina can't believe that Molly and T.J. chose a name for the baby without her. Molly says it was a difficult decision for her, but T.J. had been insistent.

Yes, Kristina planned to give Molly and T.J. the baby once she was born, but Kristina still carried her and now feels like the little girl's mother. Will this lead to further animosity between the sisters, especially with Molly believing Kristina was at least partly to blame for the fall out the window and into the pool?

A new start for Ava and Nina?

Ava feels backed up against a wall. She realizes that the mistakes she's made since the start of the year have led her to a precarious place. One of Ava's biggest blunders was ending her friendship with Nina.

Ava looks like she has a mea culpa moment when she tells Nina that she made a horrible mistake. Is Ava referring to switching Sonny's meds, her alliance with John, or how she treated Nina?

Is Nina willing to listen to her old friend after the way things ended? Ava tried to take Nina's place in Sonny's life, and that's not something Nina can forgive easily. Is it time to let bygones be bygones?
