Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Monday, September 30, 2024.
What to expect on General Hospital
Elizabeth never expected to answer the phone at the nurses' station and hear Lucky Spencer's voice on the other end. She knew she would have to deal with Lucky reentering her life soon, but she wasn't prepared for that phone call.
Elizabeth now knows that Lucky is fine and on his way back to Port Charles, hoping to save Lulu's life with his liver. However, Elizabeth has to sort through her complicated feelings before seeing him. He has been out of Elizabeth's life and Aiden's life for nearly a decade, and the resentment is real.

Elizabeth pours out her feelings to Terry, who asks a pointed question: "Is anything about Lucky being back a good thing for you?"
That might be something Elizabeth has to think about before coming up with an answer.
Brennan and Carly want answers
Brennan was instrumental in ensuring that Anna and Jason found Lucky and got him out of Africa alive, but he didn't expect a fourth passenger on that plane.
When he learns the identity of that fourth passenger, he goes straight to Robert and asks how worried he should be about Holly's presence in Port Charles. Robert is just happy that Holly is back, and he is amused by Brennan's concerns.
Carly begs Jason to tell her everything that happened during his caper. She is also stunned to hear that Holly saved the day and returned to Port Charles with Jason, Anna, and Lucky.
Nina and Curtis have questions
When old pals Nina and Curtis meet up to discuss Drew, his campaign, and Aurora business, Curtis is surprised by how close Nina and Drew have become because they started the year as mortal enemies. When Curtis asks Nina what is really going on between her and Drew, Nina has a sly smile on her face. Will she tell Curtis she's been sleeping with Drew for months?
Nina and Curtis will also find themselves puzzled. Do they both notice a shocking change in Drew's attitude lately? He seems to be distracted, and they don't know why.
