General Hospital spoilers preview: Who will Cyrus kill next?

The Savoy is the backdrop of a big Valentine's Day celebration — and anniversary celebration. It's Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Portia's (Brook Kerr) second anniversary, with Curtis introducing a musical treat and Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) enjoying their very first official date. Lucas (Van Hansis), Brad (Parry Shen), and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) are also in attendance as Curtis introduces a special musical guest.

However, not everyone in Port Charles is celebrating the romantic day of the year. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) delivers news and evidence to Anna (Finola Hughes) when she tells her that she believes Cyrus (Jeff Kober) killed five people and can prove it. Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) and Elizabeth worked hard to gather all the information they could without Anna ever knowing she had another amateur detective team on her hands.

What neither woman knows, is that Cyrus has had his eyes on Elizabeth, thinking she was the one who was in his apartment.

Cyrus is clearly getting ready to kill again when he fills another syringe with Digitalis. Does he plan to get someone in the hospital first so it can look like a natural death? Perhaps Cyrus will throw caution to the wind and is set to inject one of the people he knows is closing in on him whether they are hospitalized or not.

Does Josslyn get too close?

Anna has no idea that the biggest thorn in her side, Josslyn (Eden McCoy), has gone rogue again. Armed with the address Collette gave her, Josslyn sneaks into Cyrus' secret hideout and looks around.

Unfortunately, Cyrus finds her there, scaring the life out of Joss. However, Cyrus is a busy man and also makes his way to Elizabeth's house this week. She happily opens the door with baked goods in her hands, expecting to find someone else. When she sees Cyrus standing in front of her, Liz's face goes white. Does she have anyone there to distract Cyrus and send him away?

A gunshot also rings out this week. Does Elizabeth or Josslyn fight back? Josslyn did have her eye on that gun in Cyrus' apartment, so she might have brought protection with her...
