General Hospital spoilers preview: Sam's surgery, Portia's reveal, and paternity puzzles

Sam's (Kelly Monaco) family and Lulu's family are on pins and needles as the doctors prepare for the liver transplant. Sam first meets with the father of her two children, Jason (Steve Burton) and Drew (Cameron Mathison), and tells them that she will be Lulu's liver donor. Jason and Drew are both stunned by Sam's news but promise to be there for Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Scout (Cossette Abinante).

As Sam is wheeled into the operating room, the families express their gratitude and amazement that Sam is doing such a selfless thing. Will the surgery go as planned or will something go terribly wrong?

Is Heather free?

It's time for Marshall's (Robert Gossett) goodbye party at The Savoy, but Portia (Brook Kerr) is the one who takes center stage when she makes an announcement about Heather Webber (Alley Mills) that shocks everyone.

Does Ric (Rick Hearst) work his legal magic and manage to free serial killer Heather from prison? Why would Portia announce her release to a nightclub crowd with glee? Does she have a new trick up her sleeve to keep Heather away from Trina (Tabyana Ali)?

Is Holly telling the whole truth?

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) refuses to believe that Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) could be her father and tells Maxie (Kirsten Storms) that she is positive that Holly (Emma Samms) is lying. She knows the DNA test will prove she is right, but is she?

Robert drops a bomb on Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) when he tells her that he has another daughter. Does his conversation with Holly convince him that she is telling the truth or does he get the DNA test results and reveal them to Diane before he has a chance to break the news to Sasha?

If Robert and Sasha really are father and daughter, what does that mean for Cody (Josh Kelly)? Sasha and Cody finally found happiness with one another and now it looks like it's going to be ripped away.
