It's a big week in Port Charles as two stories come to a climax, and new stories begin. Rocco (Finn Carr) is stunned when he finds his mother staring at the Quartermaine living room, but Lulu (Alexa Havins) is just as stunned to see that Rocco is now a teenager. When Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) walks in, the shock grows exponentially.

Never in his wildest dreams did Dante expect to see Lulu awake and standing in front of him the day after burying Sam (Kelly Monaco). Lulu will have to sit down as she learns just what happened over the last four years. Perhaps she will need note cards to keep up.

News begins to spread around town. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) realizes that James is telling the truth. The woman in the living room really is the woman in the picture that James (Gary James Fuller) discovers in a photo album.

Anna's desperation

When Anna (Finola Hughes) learns about Lulu's awakening, the guilt takes over and she knows she needs to find Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) so she can see her mother. Anna goes to Carly for help. Carly says she is willing to do anything, but is she?

When Anna asks Carly (Laura Wright) to spy on Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure), can Carly go through with it? Anna knows that Jack is the key to locating Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and bringing Charlotte home to Port Charles. However, Carly has developed feelings for the rouge WSB agent and might not be willing to do Anna's dirty work for her. Then again, Lulu is her cousin, leaving Carly torn.

Ava's fate

Kristina (Kate Mansi) worries that the jury might acquit Ava (Maura West), which leaves her panicked that Ava won't pay for a crime Kristina has convinced herself Ava committed. When she tells Sonny (Maurice Benard) her concerns, he assures her that if the justice system doesn't make Ava pay, then he will.

The jury also seems to reach a quick verdict, so everyone gathers in the courtroom once again to learn about Ava's fate. Both Kristina and TJ (Tajh Bellow) appear shocked by what happens next.
