Here is your General Hospital spoilers promo video for the week of November 11, 2024.
General Hospital sneak peek
Election Day comes to Port Charles a week late when we finally learn the results of Drew's (Cameron Mathison) congressional run. While he looks to be giving a victory speech solidifying his place in the House of Representatives, he also has a scandal brewing that he needs to keep quiet.

Drew already paid off Cody (Josh Kelly) to keep his mouth shut, but that wasn't enough. Having sex with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) on the playroom floor and then visiting her the next day is not a good idea. Michael (Chad Duell) sees them through the window and ends up at the Brown Dog, where he tells Uncle Jason (Steve Burton) that Uncle Drew has been sleeping with his wife.
That leads to a confrontation in the Quartermaine foyer where Alan Quartermaine's (the late Stuart Damon) twins get into a fistfight. Perhaps Drew has it coming to him. Will Nina learn what Willow and Drew have been up to?
Lucky is forever Lucky
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is disappointed (but maybe not surprised) when Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) tells her that he cannot stay in Port Charles. Liz had hoped he would stick around for Aiden's (Colin Cassidy) sake but also knows how Lucky can be. Will she be able to talk him into stepping up and being a father to his son for the first time in years?
Baby time?
It looks like someone in Port Charles could end up with a surprise pregnancy. While Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) are planning their pregnancy like a science project, someone asks a PC gal if she might be with child this week. Maybe it's mission accomplished for Brook Lynn — or someone else might be pregnant.
Could it be Molly (Kristen Vaganos)? Maybe Molly and TJ (Tajh Bellow) are due for a miracle after all they have lost this year. Molly was told it would be close to impossible for her to have a child on her own, but close to impossible doesn't mean completely impossible. This could be the thing that keeps Molly and TJ's relationship from falling apart completely.
