Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is decidedly unhappy to see Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) together in a Prague cafe, but at least he doesn't cry about it as Valentin is apt to do. Instead, he chastises Charlotte and has a stern discussion with Lulu.

It appears that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) finds them as things get heated, but then they are about to get dangerous. Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) knows that Valentin is a liability, and now that Charlotte has led him straight to him, he tries using WSB resources to take Valentin out.

As the glass shatters in the Prague cafe, who gets caught in the crosshairs of Brennan's attempt on Valentin's life?

Sasha's big news

When Michael (Chad Duell) meets with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) to see if she is okay if he tells Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) about their drunken one-night stand, Sasha finally decides to blurt out that she is pregnant.

Considering that Michael only wants to talk to Sasha to see if she would help him with his custody fight, this changes everything. Another child is now involved, and Michael has to figure out what to do about that. Does confessing the truth mean that Sasha has changed her mind about leaving town?

Big news for Elizabeth, too

The hospital review board finally has the results of Dex's (Evan Hofer) autopsy report, and things do not look good for Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). She wants answers and gets them. Did Dex also die thanks to an overdose of Digitalis, just like Sam (Kelly Monaco)?

If so, the hospital has to realize this is foul play and not just a medication mixup. Surely, they cannot think that Nurse Elizabeth Baldwin is a cold-blooded killer. Will Elizabeth put her foot down and demand a proper investigation rather than just assumptions?

Sonny's latest crisis

Sonny (Maurice Benard) ignored the chest pains he was having on Christmas Eve. Perhaps he feels it is just a case of heartburn because he decides to work out in his boxing gym. While in the ring, Sonny's chest pains become more intense as he doubles over.

Is it time for Sonny to face his own mortality, or is there foul play involved here, too, just as there was for Dex and Sam?
