As Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Lulu's friends, family, and loved ones keep vigil at the hospital waiting on updates during the transplant surgeries, it looks like bad news is coming. Faces look shocked and horrified as Laura (Genie Francis), Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Jason (Steve Burton), and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) learn stunning information that will change everyone's lives forever.

Clearly something goes wrong with Sam and Lucas (Van Hansis) can be heard calling a time of death. Since he was the one performing Sam's surgery, it seems that fan fears have come true and Sam sacrifices herself to give a comatose woman a fighting chance at life. Will it all have been worth it? Will Lulu ever wake from her long slumber?

Nina has a warning

With Ned (Wally Kurth) hiring private investigator Elaine (Judy Kain) to find evidence that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) are having an affair (or at least contemplating it), it looks like Nina (Cynthia Watros) realizes Willow's marriage is in trouble, as is Drew's campaign.

Nina warns her daughter that she is running out of time and Willow looks absolutely horrified. She is even more shocked when it appears a bar brawl breaks out between Michael (Chad Duell) and Drew. Does Ned get the evidence he needs and blow up Michael and Willow's not-so-happy little marriage?

Nina already listened to Sasha's (Sofia Mattsson) latest revelation on Friday but since she is now focuses on Willow, it seems Sasha is on her own dealing with her real mother. Sasha is forced to tell Cody (Josh Kelly) the truth about her parentage, which means they cannot be together because they are cousins.

She also has it out with Holly (Emma Samms) and tells her mother that she is dead to her. When Sasha wakes up looking disturbed and disheveled, does it mean she did something stupid? Sasha is known for committing self-destructive acts. Does she commit another one that could have long-term consequences for her life?
