Here is your General Hospital spoilers promo video for the week of October 24, 2024.

General Hospital sneak peek

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Terry (Cassandra James) are stunned but thrilled when they finally find a match for Lulu. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) looks disturbed by the news, but it could also be because someone has started to crash. Could it be Lulu or whoever was found to be her match? GH has dropped some anvils as characters have discussed the risks to being a live donor.

Sasha's big surprise

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) has been living her life quite comfortably as the Quartermaine cook. She even has a romance on the Quartermaine grounds. After all he went through last year with Dr. Montague (Darin Toonder) and the year before losing Brando and her baby, this is just what Sasha deserves.

However, that peaceful life looks as if it may be put on hold when Sasha opens the Quartermaine front door to what seems to be a familiar face — to Sasha at least. She is shocked by who she sees and asks what they are doing there.

Portia makes a confession

Portia (Brook Kerr) knows she is in trouble now after Ric (Rick Hearst) discovered that only the GH lab showed elevated levels of cobalt in Heather's (Alley Mills) blood. All other labs showed a decrease in her levels. Not only that, but Brad (Parry Shen) discovered the discrepancy when Liz tasked him with figuring out what went wrong.

Knowing that she might have been caught, Portia tells Curtis (Donnell Turner) everything. She knew he told her to leave Heather's case alone but she just couldn't help herself. Was Curtis already prepared for this information after getting a visit from Ric?

Marty has a bone to pick

Marty (Michael E. Knight) is surprised to learn that the police have new evidence that can free his client. Does that mean that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is about to go free since the gun she tossed somehow appeared out of nowhere?
