Sam's (Kelly Monaco) family was relieved to learn her surgery had gone well, and she was in recovery. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) had just finished telling Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he wanted to resume his life with Sam as soon as possible, and now he has that chance.

Dante is there when Sam wakes up and shocks her with an engagement ring and a proposal. Will she say yes?

Meanwhile, Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) finally shows his face at GH while Lulu is in surgery and asks Laura (Genie Francis) if she wants to know where he has been. When Lucky and Laura sit down for a heart-to-heart chat, will Lucky give his mother good news? Perhaps Lucky has decided to stay in Port Charles and got a job. That would be something different for Laura's prodigal son.

Quartermaine trouble

After Cody's (Josh Kelly) and Drew's (Cameron Mathison) bar brawl, Nina (Cynthia Watros) heads over to the Quartermaine mansion to warn Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) that both of their secrets are now out of the bag. Cody somehow knew about Nina's affair with Drew and Willow's kisses with Drew and announced the news to a whole bar.

Meanwhile, Ned (Wally Kurth) thinks he finally has the upper hand with Drew and tells Tracy (Jane Elliot) his news. Tracy thinks they just have to find a way to use it to their advantage. When Michael gets a big surprise, is Ned the one to shock his cousin? Willow might have a whole lot of explaining to do.

Sasha's heartache

While Cody takes out his heartbreak on everyone around him, Holly (Emma Samms) takes hers out on her mother and unleashes her anger. Sasha tells Holly she wishes she were dead. She doesn't even want to have a mother.

Holly insists that Sasha needs her more than she realizes and promises to be there for her daughter. Does she make Sasha an offer she can't refuse? Will Sasha return to her old ways and join her mother on a con? Thanks to Sidwell (Carlo Rota), danger awaits, and Holly is walking right into it.
