Sam (Kelly Monaco) is still reeling from the idea that she is going to be the one to save Lulu's life. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Rocco (Finn Carr) are forever grateful, but Sam needs to think of her own children now. Any surgery is dangerous, even if it's relatively routine. Sam speaks to both of her baby daddies on Monday to tell them her news.
Jason (Steve Burton) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) are both surprised by what Sam tells them, but they are also proud. Sam asks Jason to make her a promise, and he tells her that he will do things as she would have. Does Sam tell Danny's (Asher Antontyzyn) dad that she fears for her own life? Might that be foreshadowing something?

More problems for Lulu
While Sam prepares to check in to the hospital, Laura (Genie Francis) learns there may be more complications with Lulu. It feels like one thing after another keeps going wrong, so she seeks comfort. Will Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) be the one to talk his wife down from the ledge?
Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) thinks he has a solution, but will the doctors go for it? Is Lucky's idea even remotely feasible?
Robert has questions
Robert (Tristan Rogers) was quite surprised when Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) announced that she was Holly's (Emma Samms) daughter and Holly claimed that Robert was her father. When Holly stops by his office, she has a lot of explaining to do. Robert wants answers now. Will Holly have the right ones?
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) also has a lot of questions for Sasha. She wants to know why Sasha never mentioned that Holly was her mother. Sasha tried forgetting who and where she came from. However, she tells Maxie that she is not going to allow her mother to take Cody (Josh Kelly) from her. She is sure the DNA test will prove that Robert is not her father.
Elizabeth gives advice
Lucas (Van Hansis) hasn't been in Port Charles for long, but he is already encountering problems at the hospital. When Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) counsels Lucas, is it about a personal or professional matter?
