She flags down a passing car, begging for help. Teasers say that Cody (Josh Kelly) helps a stranger. Does Lulu get assistance from her ex-husband's childhood best friend? Although Cody sat with Lulu in the hospital while she awaited a liver transplant, her face was covered by a ventilator, so it's possible he doesn't recognize a non-comatose Lulu sporting scrubs, sneakers, a hoodie, and a ponytail.
Lucky's all-in to help Liz
With Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) now under investigation by the hospital for negligence in regards to Sam's (Kelly Monaco) death, Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) is determined to help Elizabeth prove she did nothing wrong. Is this something that will keep him in Port Charles, or will Lulu's new predicament get Lucky to stick around?
While Elizabeth goes over everything she did while caring for Sam, Lucky gets a strange and surprising call about his sister.
Sasha opens up
When Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) visits Maxie (Kirsten Storms) for some friendly catch-up time, she ends up telling Maxie that she's in a new and surprising predicament she never expected. Forever the gossip, Maxie needs to know what's really going on.
Does Sasha tell Maxie all about her one-night stand with Michael (Chad Duell) and how she believes she might be pregnant? Maxie already knows that Michael and Willow are having problems because of Drew (Cameron Mathison), but there is so much more to the story that Sasha has yet to tell.
Ava's trial takes a turn
Ric (Rick Hearst) continues cross-examining Kristina (Kate Mansi) while trying to make her see that her fall was nothing more than an accident. TJ (Tajh Bellow) is alarmed by Ric's line of questioning, as is Ava, who asks Ric when he plans to start defending her.
When Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) takes the stand as a witness for the prosecution, does he damage Ric's case or make it easier?
