General Hospital spoilers, November 21: Will Jason fight Sam's will?

After his talk with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), Jason (Steve Burton) seems to realize that his son needs him, and he wants to be there for him. He understands that Sam (Kelly Monaco) wanted her kids to stay together, but learning her she named Drew (Cameron Mathison) as their guardian doesn't just sting. In fact, Jason is furious. There is no way he is going to allow Danny to live with Drew knowing just what kind of person Drew really is.

On top of that, he worries that Drew might take Danny and Scout (Cosette Abinante) with him to DC now that he's been elected to congress. Jason is adamant that he won't allow Drew to have his son, but will he win a court case considering his line of work?

Now that Sam has been buried, it's time for Ava's (Maura West) trial to begin the very next day. In addition to Molly (Kristen Vaganos), Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Chase (Josh Swickard) are going to have to testify. Chase promises to be by Dante's side as dealing with a court case right after Sam's funeral isn't easy. He also has to figure out where he is going to live and where he goes from here.

Kristina (Kate Mansi) is all about justice as she goes over the case with her father. Sonny (Maurice Benard) is a little worried about Kristina's fierce need for revenge, but he understands that she seeks justice. Will he be able to calm her down before she enters the courtroom and possibly blows the case? That is precisely what Ric is counting on, as he knows how Kristina can be.

Trina's new love life

It's very clear that Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) is intrigued by Trina (Tabyana Ali) and wants to get to know her better. He even meets Dex (Evan Hofer) at the boxing gym and tells him that he plans to convince her that he is serious about art.

When Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Trina discuss the Kai situation, Trina tells her friend that her life is easier when she feels in control. Is she gunshy about getting involved with someone again after losing Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez)?
