General Hospital spoilers, March 6: Does Lulu bring Carly into the Brook Lynn baby loop?

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, March 6, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Now that Lulu (Alexa Havins) knows that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) had Dante's (Dominic Zamprogna) child when they were teens and gave the baby boy up for adoption, she is not sure what to do next. She needs to talk to someone, so she chooses her cousin, Carly (Laura Wright). We suppose that's appropriate since Carly is the one who paid Brook Lynn to seduce Dante away from Lulu when they were young adults.

When Carly tells Lulu that she could be opening up a can of worms that can devastate anyone, does that mean Lulu informed Carly that Dante has a child out there? With Carly knowing this secret, there could be trouble, but she seems to want Lulu to keep the information under wraps.

Sonny and Tracy clash

Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Tracy (Jane Elliot) already got into it in January when he wanted to take Wiley and Amelia from Monica (Leslie Charleson), and Jason (Steve Burton) stepped in and stopped him. Now, they are at odds again, with Tracy shouting at Sonny in the Quartermaine living room and Sonny just rolling his eyes in exasperation.

Are they fighting about Deception business or something else? With Sonny worried about Sidwell's (Carlo Rota) presence in Port Charles and Sidwell wanting to work with Deception, Tracy and Sonny have a lot to argue about. At least they can agree that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) are both problems.

Willow and Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) get to know one another on Thursday after they treat James (Gary Fuller) during a minor emergency. Drew is also at GH where he has a chat with Trina (Tabyana Ali) and meets Kai (Jens Austin Astrup). Drew also spends some time with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). Will Liz have any good words of wisdom for her former fiance? He can certainly use someone to set him back on the straight and narrow.

Portia (Brook Kerr) takes Ava's (Maura West) advice and meets with Ric (Rick Hearst) about her little Drew problem. Ric finally has his Heather (Alley Mills) blood test mystery solved, but will he have the right legal advice for the GH chief of staff?
