General Hospital spoilers, March 26: Kristina's on the warpath as Ava lets Sonny suffer

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Ava (Maura West) is stunned when her shouting match with Sonny (Maurice Benard) results in him falling to the floor with chest pains. She is even more surprised when a bottle of pills falls from his pocket, and she realizes he may have a serious condition. Knowing she has the upper hand, Ava tries to withhold Sonny's meds as Tracy Q (Jane Elliot) did to her own father all those years ago.

Teasers say that Kristina (Kate Mansi) is on the warpath. Considering that she was right in the next room when Sonny's pains began, it's a good bet that she finds her father on the floor and sees Ava standing over him with the pills. Since she still blames Ava for her fall, Kristina might finally snap and do something dangerous. Ava better watch her back...or maybe not get behind the wheel.

After Ava leaves Sonny's place, she can't wait to tell Ric (Rick Hearst) all about his brother's heart condition.

Lulu's confession, Laura's confrontation

Lulu (Alexa Havins) visits Cody (Josh Kelly) and admits that she tricked him into giving her information on Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Dante's (Dominic Zamprogna) summer camp fling — and the baby that resulted from it. Cody has done worse, so he can't be angry, but Lulu isn't done.

She appears to fish for more information about that summer, but is there anything left for Cody to tell?

Laura (Genie Francis) is surprised when her meeting with Councilman Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) goes completely south. The mayor and the city council member clash. Laura realizes she might have a new enemy in town to watch out for.

Drew's warning

The Q solarium sees more action as Tracy and Stella (Vernee Watson) enjoy some tea and toast to a beautiful friendship. Their nephews also spend some time in the solarium fighting.

Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) get into it. Drew still doesn't understand why Curtis can't just let bygones be bygones. When he realizes his old friend still holds a grudge, Drew warns Curtis that things are about to get very ugly — as if they already aren't.
