General Hospital spoilers, March 12: Port Charles is out to get Drew

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Drew (Cameron Mathison) has made himself persona non grata in Port Charles, ticking off everyone imaginable. Every day he has more enemies and he can now include the mayor on that list.

On Wednesday, Carly (Laura Wright) has it out with Drew before deciding that it's time that she and Nina (Cynthia Watros) put their plan into action. She has had enough of Drew and can't wait to see him suffer. Nina now has the combination to Drew's safe. Has she used it yet and what does she hope to find there? Maybe it's time for Carly and Nina to take a trek to Drew's new Dawn of Day house...

Drew also makes it into The Invader thanks to Curtis (Donnell Turner). Laura (Genie Francis) is amused by a decidedly non-flattering story that makes Drew look like the louse he is. Too bad Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) still can't see it and is all hearts and flowers when he pays her a visit at work.

Portia's life gets worse

Portia (Brook Kerr) can't stand Drew for obvious reasons. He is blackmailing her with the knowledge that she fudged Heather Webber's (Alley Mills) lab results all so he can get back in Curtis' good graces. Portia has been doing her best to stall Drew while Ric (Rick Hearst) tried to help.

Ric now comes to Portia with bad news. Her situation is much worse than she thought and he may not be able to help her at all — unless Portia finds something to blackmail Drew with.

Dante opens up

Thankfully, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Chase (Josh Swickard) have each other to confide in. Neither one knows that Dante fathered a child with Chase's wife, so for now they are still best friends. When they relax in the boxing gym's steam room, Dante tells Chase that he is tired of being so hard on Lulu (Alexa Havins).

Chase wonders if something happened to change Dante's attitude. Will Dante tell his pal that he learned Lulu is still in love with him and trying to respect his love for Sam (Kelly Monaco) and the grieving process.
