The divorce and custody hearing we've been waiting for since the Q Christmas party last year finally begins. Michael (Rory Gibson) is back and ready to take his children from their cult member mother and her cult leader boyfriend.

Carly (Laura Wright) is there as mama bear, ready to fight for her son. She was even the one who arranged the whole hearing. She tells a suit-clad Jason (Katelyn MacMullen) that she is not going to let Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Willow win.

When Ric (Rick Hearst) makes a call telling someone to get to the courthouse right away, is talking to Nina (Cynthia Watros), the woman who knows enough to give him the upper hand as he represents Willow? Is Nina really willing to see out Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) like that, a woman she thought of as a daughter?

Brook Lynn's rage rages on

Gio (Giovanni Mazza) is back in the Q kitchen, but Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is about to learn a lot more about how this secret stayed a secret for so long. Brook Lynn is floored when she hears another bombshell and asks her mother and grandmother how they coerced a dying woman into lying on her deathbed.

Did Camilla want to tell Gio the truth before she died, and did Gloria (Ellen Travolta) and Lois (Rena Sofer) stop her? Brook Lynn and Gio may never forgive Lois and Gloria for the extent of their deceit.

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) goes on the defensive when Marco (Adrian Anchondo) questions her about the money going to the Dolos Corporation. He can tell that it's a shell company and wonders why Alexis has been moving Ace's inheritance there.

Alexis deflects by pretending to be offended by asking Marco if he is accusing her of embezzling $10 million. Alexis also has to deal with Ric, who strongarms her.

Meanwhile, Marco's dad and his new sidekick, Jordan (Tanisha Harper), spend some time at the Metro Court pool where they run into Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard). Jordan is set to learn more about Dalton than she ever imagined. Will she report back to Anna?
