General Hospital spoilers, January 16: Tracy lets loose on Carly, Willow loses it

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, January 16, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

When Carly (Laura Wright) learns that Tracy (Jane Elliot) still refuses to give Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) her kids back and she still can't see Michael (Chad Duell), she heads straight to the Quartermaine mansion just as Sonny (Maurice Benard) did. Is she aware that her beloved Jason (Steve Burton) chose to let the kids stay for his mother's sake and didn't choose her and Sonny for the first time in his Jason Morgan life?

Tracy is no nicer to Carly than she was to Sonny. In fact, she was downright cordial to Sonny as compared to how she treats Carly. Tracy never understood how that woman became a fixture in Monica's (Leslie Charleson) house like she owned the place. Carly just comes and goes as she pleases after essentially taking both of Monica's sons from her.

Tracy is not about to let Carly have those kids and reminds her that Monica has never known a moment's peace since Carly arrived in Port Charles nearly 30 years ago.

Will Willow relent?

Surprisingly, Nina (Cynthia Watros) is pretty much on Carly and Sonny's side and can't believe Willow is keeping them from seeing their severely burned son as he fights for his life. She knows this is Drew's (Cameron Mathison) doing, so she attempts to reason with Willow without Drew around.

Willow is not receptive to what Nina has to say and starts frantically shouting at her mother. How could Nina ask her to bow down to Carly and Sonny, of all people? After all, it was Nina who warned Willow how cutthroat Carly can be when it comes to other people's children. However, that was before Carly's son had third-degree burns over 40% of his body.

A moment of truth for Chase and Brook Lynn?

Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) arrive at the hospital. Are they there for fertility testing? Chase seems optimistic, but Brook Lynn looks worried. Will she learn something she doesn't want to know?

Chase runs into Willow while there, and being hysterical, Willow finds herself opening up to her ex. Will Chase be the voice of reason that Willow needs so she allows Michael to have what he needs — his family around him?

Meanwhile, back at the Q stables, Cody and Dante discuss their past in summer camp together. Will we learn who fathered Brook Lynn's first child?
