General Hospital spoilers, January 15: Carly and Sonny vs. Tracy Quartermaine. Who wins?

What to expect on General Hospital

Sonny (Maurice Benard), Nina (Cynthia Watros), and Carly (Laura Wright) thought they had it all figured out when they reluctantly agreed to let Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) have her children in exchange for Michael's parents being able to see him after 40 being set on fire last week.

However, Tracy (Jane Elliot) has other ideas. She is not about to let Monica (Leslie Charleson) lose her great-grandchildren to some interloper who cheated on Monica's grandson with Alan's (Stuart Damon) long-lost son. That means Sonny and Nina have to head over to the Quartermaines to smooth things over.

Meanwhile, Carly is just about to lose her mind over this mess and wants to do something rash. Jason (Steve Burton) and Carly do their best to calm her down while Jason heads home to see if he can also fix things. When he gets there, Tracy makes a plea to Jason, but will it fall on deaf ears?

Drew shocks Alexis

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is a little concerned about Scout's (Cosette Abinante) erratic living arrangements if Drew (Cameron Mathison) leaves the Q mansion and travels back and forth to DC or lives in DC, but Drew thinks he has it all figured out.

Alexis can only stare at Drew in disbelief when he frantically tells her that Willow is exactly who Scout needs in her life. Will Alexis try to talk some sense into her former son-in-law, who seems to see no problem with how he lives his life?

Josslyn gives Anna orders

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) also thinks she has things all figured out. With very little evidence, she goes to Anna (Finola Hughes) and demands that she arrest Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) now. Anna calms down Joss so she can hear her reasons.

Anna then questions a suspect. Does she call Cyrus in, or does she have someone else in mind to try to solve this case?

Trina's fears

Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) meet for the first time. Will Trina hit it off with her BFF's frenemy, or is she too concerned about Kai's (Jens Austin Astrup) game? When Kai seems to fall and not get up, Trina freaks out. Could Kai have known what he was talking about when he mentioned the dangers of getting injured?
