General Hospital spoilers, January 13: Will Cyrus' delusions kill Michael?

Cyrus (Jeff Kober) truly believes he is putting Michael (Chad Duell) out of his pain and misery by injecting Digitalis into his IV. The incident sends Michael's medical team running to his rescue after Cyrus quietly sneaks out of Michael's room.

Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) seems to realize that this situation looks very much like what happened to Dex (Evan Hofer) and Sam (Kelly Monaco). Someone is in the hospital for one reason and then goes into cardiac arrest out of nowhere. He has seen this before and thinks he knows what to do. Lucas (Van Hansis) wonders if they should do what Isaiah wants. Dr. Gannon argues that if he is wrong, Michael will die either way. If Isaiah is right, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is off the hook.

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) is stunned that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is exerting her medical proxy power and wants to make decisions for Michael now. Carly is not about to let the woman who slept with Michael's uncle while Michael was on fire get away with her actions. However, Willow isn't about to let Carly take her children from her.

Willow remains conflicted as Carly issues her a warning, but the one thing she knows is that her kids belong with her.

Nina (Cynthia Watros) thinks she can use her connection to Sonny (Maurice Benard) to try to calm the situation. Sonny listens to what his ex-wife has to say. Amazingly, they come to an agreement that Carly probably won't like.

Lulu's back

Laura (Genie Francis) is relieved when Lulu (Alexa Havins) arrives back in Port Charles, but Lulu is not happy to be there without her daughter. Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) is still somewhere out there with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) just after someone tried to take a shot at Charlotte's dad. Lulu completely blames Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) for what happened, but Laura comes to Dante's defense.

While Lulu thinks she could have handled the situation on her own, Laura is glad Dante chased after her and was there to protect her. Laura expects this kind of behavior from her daughter, but after just emerging from a four-year coma, Laura wants Lulu to be a little more careful with her life. Will Lulu listen to reason or find another dangerous way to get Charlotte back?
