General Hospital spoilers, February 21: The fallout from Cyrus' reign of terror

What to expect on General Hospital

After finding Josslyn (Eden McCoy) at Cyrus' (Jeff Kober) secret hideout, standing over Cyrus' body with a smoking gun, Jack (Chris McKenna) has to decide how to handle this mess of his own making. If he hadn't led Josslyn right there, none of this would have happened.

Jack asks Josslyn if she wants him to call the police or if she wants him to take care of things the WSB way. She isn't quite sure but needs to think fast since Anna and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) have a lead on Cyrus' car, and the cops might end up at the hideout soon. When Anna gives Dante big news, does he learn what else Cyrus has done, or does he learn they've found him?

Lucky fights for his life

Meanwhile, Lucky is now on a ventilator with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) and Portia (Brook Kerr) doing their best to save his life as he goes into cardiac arrest. Aiden (Colin Cassidy) worries that his dad is going to die as he sits vigil with Laura (Genie Francis), Liz (Rebecca Herbst), and Lulu (Alexa Havins).

Poor Lulu is stunned when she learns what Cyrus did to her. He was the one who caused her liver failure, all in an effort to free her from her coma. Lulu is now awake but could have died in that coma all because of her deranged and misguided uncle. He was also the one who put her in that coma to begin with.

A brotherly showdown

Drew (Cameron Mathison) is not receptive to Jason (Steve Burton) when he says all he wants to do is make peace for Sam's (Kelly Monaco) sake. The anger Drew carries with him has changed him and made him resent everyone — his brother included.

Jason wants a truce so their children can get along, and so they can give Sam what she would have wanted. Will Drew be willing to listen to what Jason has to say or just anger him some more?

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) also has a confession to make on Friday. Is this confession about her baby daddy's identity?
