General Hospital spoilers, December 18: Creepy Drew can't stay away from Willow

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

Drew (Cameron Mathison) couldn't help himself and sent Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) multiple text messages that she ignored the night the truth about their sex romp became public. She also refused to take his phone calls.

Apparently, none of that matters to Drew because he tracks her down while she's at work. Drew finds Willow at the hospital and corners her just to spend a few minutes alone with her. An uncomfortable Willow doesn't quite know what to say when Drew tells her how much he values having her in his life. Will Drew get the hint and stay away from Willow or continue to pursue her?

Carly wants a piece of Drew

Carly (Laura Wright) now realizes that the reason Jason (Steve Burton) clocked Drew on election night was because he knew that Drew and Willow had slept together. When Jason confirms Carly's suspicions, she announces her intentions to go after Drew.

Jason tries talking Carly out of her plan to confront Drew, but Carly refuses to listen. She tells Jason that he had his turn with Drew, and now it's her chance. She can't wait to give her ex a piece of her mind after what he did to hurt Michael (Chad Duell).

Meanwhile, Michael and Curtis (Donnell Turner) meet up to discuss their next move. They are not going to let Drew get away with his duplicity and still plan to steal Aurora out from under him.

Ava and Nina confer

Ava (Maura West) needs a favor from Nina (Cynthia Watros). Does she ask her BFF for a place to stay? After all, she's now broke and might not be able to even afford her room at the Metro Court.

Ava and Nina also catch up with Ava warning Nina that she needs to tell Willow the truth about sleeping with Drew before it's too late and Willow finds out on her own.

Elizabeth's surprise

Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) is still hanging around Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) place when an excited Aiden (Colin Cassidy) walks in to tell them he found someone lurking outside. It's Cameron Webber (William Lipton), who is home for the holidays. Will he be surprised to see Lucky there considering how long Lucky stayed away from Port Charles?
