General Hospital Spoilers, April 30: Willow is in for a VERY unpleasant homecoming

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

After witnessing Drew's (Cameron Mathison) body shot scene at The Savoy, Portia (Brook Kerr) reports back to Nina (Cynthia Watros) that their plan to drug Drew worked out better than they ever imagined. As Portia fills Nina in on the details, things are about to go bad for her daughter. Nina starts to realize that and wonders if she did the right thing.

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)is back from Germany and is in for quite a surprise when she walks back into Drew's Dawn of Day house. Does she find him in a compromising position with Jacinda? If so, Drew is going to have an awful lot of explaining to do. He's not even sure what happened to him, except that he ordered a very strong drink from the Port Charles Grille.

Will Willow believe Drew's excuses and prove she is indeed in a one-woman cult, or will she finally see Drew for who he really is, even if he was set up?

Laura (Genie Francis) is still fretting over the referendum vote. She wants Sonny (Maurice Benard) to keep his pies, but she also knows it's up to the voters, and Drew is working hard to ensure that the voters are on his side.

When Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Laura discuss the matter, Curtis tells Laura that their Drew Cain problem might have been solved — by Drew himself. Is he right?

Alexis' story, Carly's fears

Lulu's (Alexa Havins) adoption story is turning into quite an article as she gains different perspectives. On Wednesday, she interviews Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who, as a teen, gave Sam (Kelly Monaco) up for adoption.

Sonny's other baby mama, Carly (Laura Wright), is still in California with him, but at least Jason is there now. She tells Jason (Steve Burton) what happened with Brick (Stephen A. Smith) and the shady nurse, giving Jason pause. He wonders if Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was behind the incident, considering Natalia (Eva LaRue) is his ex-wife and knows all.

Meanwhile, Jack (Chris McKenna) has a theory he shares with Carly and Jason. Will this put Jack on Jason's good list now, or does he still want Jack as far away from Carly as possible?
