General Hospital spoilers, April 3: Vindictive Drew puts Portia on notice

What to expect on General Hospital

Drew (Cameron Mathison) is becoming more unhinged and vengeful by the day. Portia (Brook Kerr) managed to get Curtis (Donnell Turner) to cover Drew's (Cameron Mathison) sports initiative for Aurora. Still, Drew wants more. He tells Portia that if she doesn't do what he says, the cushy life that she knows now will cease to exist.

Spoilers tease that Portia lays down the law with Drew. Does she fight back and tell him that she has leverage over him now? Portia and Nina (Cynthia Watros) teamed up nearly two weeks ago. Surely, they have come up with a plan to deal with Drew by now.

We doubt it has anything to do with the fact that Drew and Nina had a sexual relationship while he was pursuing Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Maybe she has information in Drew's medical file that can help.

Sasha's dilemma

Jason (Steve Burton) is concerned when Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) tells him that she wants to talk about the baby. Jason had just amended his will so he could take care of the baby financially. However, Sasha is more concerned with how to handle the birth certificate. She is not sure if Jason's name should be on it.

While they try to decide how to handle that, Jason and Sasha also share a warm moment. Does she show him the ultrasound pictures, or does the baby kick again? Could this fake romance turn into something more?

Drama at Wyndemere

Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Sidwell (Carlo Rota) meet to try to work out a business deal, but both men are suspicious of one another. Sidwell wants to work with Sonny, but Sonny already suspects that Sidwell could be the man behind the fire at his penthouse.

Natalia (Eva LaRue) and Sonny also argue some more. Will we learn more about their volatile marriage?

Carly (Laura Wright) and Jack (Chris McKenna) have a bit of a disagreement when Jack has to inform his new girlfriend that there will be things he cannot tell her. He wonders if that is something she can accept.

Carly is also curious when she sees Lucas (Van Hansis) at the bar with a new man. She pulls him aside to get as much information about Marco (Adrian Anchondo) as possible.
