General Hospital Spoilers, April 28: Can Carly save Sonny on time?

While Carly (Laura Wright) is on the phone telling Jason (Steve Burton) that Sonny (Maurice Benard) will be just fine, a crooked nurse is in his room trying to inject something into his I.V. Sonny's eyes flip open before the nurse can get the job done, but is he in any state to stop her? After all, he just had open heart surgery.

When Carly enters the room, she is stunned by what she sees and calls for help immediately. Is Sonny on the floor? Did he try to fight the nurse and end up with a more serious problem than what he arrived with? It appears that Brick (Stephen A. Smith) may be falling asleep on the job if he didn't vet the entire medical staff at this hospital.

Kristina and Molly demand answers

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is unsure of what to say when Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) show her the commitment papers she had Diane draw up. She can't let Kristina know why she did it with Molly there, so does Alexis ask to speak to Kristina alone?

Will Alexis tell her daughter that she is well aware that Kristina cut the brakes on Ric's (Rick Hearst) car, thinking it was Ava's (Maura West), and the commitment was so they could use an insanity defense? Alexis is also set to receive a gift on Monday. Could the gift be that Kristina is willing to commit herself?

A night at The Savoy

Emma (Braedyn Bruner) gets to know Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) a little better when they both enjoy a night out at The Savoy, where Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) are also on a date. Josslyn (Eden McCoy) sees Emma and the professor together and gets concerned, but that's not Emma's only drama.

However, Gio (Giovanni Mazza) will need some good advice from Emma. Tracy (Jane Elliot) remains determined to ensure that Gio sees Sonny for who he truly is, so she shows him an eye-opening news article. Gio then turns to Emma because he is unsure what to think. Will Emma have any words of wisdom for Gio?
