General Hospital Spoilers, April 22: Willow gets ready to explain herself to Michael

Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

What to expect on General Hospital

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) doesn't understand why people don't seem to like her anymore when she doesn't think she did anything wrong. She fell for a man whom she mistakenly believed saved her life and had sex with him on a playroom floor. Who cares if that man is her husband's uncle?

Willow knows she needs to solve the mess that she is in, so she seeks out Jason (Steve Burton) to try and solve things. Jason has some super sound advice for Willow when he tells her that she finally needs to talk to Michael. Willow knows that Jason is right, so will he have the jet fueled up so Willow can finally take an overseas trip? Did she ever get that birth certificate and passport problem solved before she learned she had cancer?

Meanwhile, Nina (Cynthia Watros) still thinks Carly (Laura Wright) is on her side in this quest to get Willow away from Drew (Cameron Mathison). When Carly betrays an ally, does she make an enemy of Nina again?

Altruistic Drew

Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) doesn't care that Portia (Brook Kerr) advised him not to have that surgery. He is going to go ahead with it anyway and can't wait to tell Drew. Needless to say, Drew is thrilled, but what is his ulterior motive?

That's what Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) want to know. Trina promised to support Kai, but tells her dad that she still doesn't trust Drew. Clearly, neither does Curtis — and with good reason.

Kristina is losing it

Apparently, Kristina (Kate Mansi) does feel guilty over nearly killing two people after all. She feels so horrible that she is ready to confess. Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) has to give her some tough love to talk her out of it.

Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) has to give Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) some tough love, as well. Diane still wants Alexis to commit Kristina, but Alexis insists on leaving the matter alone. At least Ava (Maura West) is coming out on top. She stops by Ric's (Rick Hearst) room in jewels and fur because she just had to go on a shopping spree.
