General Hospital Spoilers, April 21: Sasha's confession changes everything

Jason (Steve Burton) knew something was odd when Maxie (Kirsten Storms) told him that Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) claimed she blew the whole Sidwell (Carlo Rota) kidnapping thing out of proportion. Not only that, but she encouraged Deception to do business with him.

Since Jason was the one who rescued Sasha from that warehouse before it exploded, Jason knows how serious the situation was. He confronts Sasha and demands to know why she got in bed with Sidwell.

Sasha tries to avoid answering him, but he knows she has a nest egg for her baby and realizes that it came from Sidwell. Sasha finally has to admit that Jason is right, but will this do damage to her relationship with Jason? She has grown to depend on him, and he has grown to enjoy spending time with her, but Sasha's poor decision can have lasting effects.

Lucas wants answers

Lucas (Van Hansis) also wants to get to the truth — from Marco (Adrian Anchondo). He hates that he didn't know that Sidwell was Marco's father and asks Marco if he approached him in the Miami bar, knowing he lived in Port Charles. Has Marco been hiding more than just his paternity? When Lucas hears Marco out, will they come to an understanding?

Meanwhile, Sidwell goes to bat for his son when she meets with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and tells her that she won't regret working with Marco. Alexis has been on the fence about whether to fire Marco, but she knows what it's like to want to escape your father's reputation.

Carly's bright idea

Carly (Laura Wright) can't believe that Sonny (Maurice Benard) kept her in the dark about his heart condition for all these months, but now that she knows, she is going to help — whether Sonny likes it or not.

She insists on accompanying him to California for his surgery and has the perfect excuse for why they are going to Los Angeles together. Will Sonny go for Carly's idea? Does he really have a choice? When Carly takes charge, there really is no way to say no.
