General Hospital’s Eva LRue reveals Natalia’s family secret

It looks like General Hospital's Natalia will once again have some family in Port Charles, as evidenced by Eva LaRue's recent Instagram post.

Natalia was first introduced to the GH scene in 2024 as Allison 'Blaze' Ramirez' mother, a woman who was clearly not happy to learn that her daughter was gay. While rising star singer Blaze left Port Charles last summer to tour with Miguel Morez, Natalia remained in town and grew closer to Sonny (Maurice Benard). Recently, we learned that she was once married to the new baddie in town Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

We have frequently heard about Natalia's son and it appears that we met him last week — or at least Lucas did on screen.

LaRue shared a snap of herself in what appears to be the GH hair and makeup room posing with Jacqueline Grace Lopez (Blaze) and newcomer Adrian Anchondo, who debuted on March 13 as the mysterious stranger Lucas (Van Hansis) met in a Miami bar. LaRue captioned the photo: "Mi #GeneralHospital familiar," while adding the hashtag "#mykids."

While not confirmed, it seems that Lopez is making her GH return as Blaze, something that should certainly distract Kristina (Kate Mansi) from her single-minded goal of making Ava (Maura West) pay for what a jury deemed an accident. Natalia did not support Blaze and Kristina's relationship and wanted her daughter to keep her sexual orientation private because she felt it would hurt her career. Since Blaze left town, Kristina and Natalia have forged a tepid friendship.

When Anchondo made his first GH appearance last week, he hinted to TV Insider that his character was hiding something. "The character has been very sweet and charming, and, of course, it wouldn’t be a soap opera without dark secrets somewhere," Anchondo said.

Is Marco hiding the fact that he is Natalia's son with Sidwell? That would be quite a secret to be hiding. Will we learn that Sidwell is also Blaze's dad? If Sidwell really did plant that bomb in Sonny's penthouse, then he's responsible for Kristina's brother and father nearly being killed. That could certainly put a crimp in things if Blaze is indeed returning to the soap. Stay tuned to find out how this all unfolds...
