On General Hospital, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is devastated after the death of his almost-fiancée, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Sam had donated part of her liver for a comatose Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins), who was dying of cirrhosis. Lulu lived, but for a reason as yet to be explained, Sam died of a heart attack. Now Dante must figure out how to move his family forward without her.
In the real world, actor Dominic Zamprogna has a happy life, and he recently shared his family's love on social media.
The photo touched the hearts of fans everywhere

On Instagram, Zamprogna shared a photo of him with his wife, Linda Leslie, and their three daughters, Anbilliene, Eliana, and Adeline, all seated on a large bale of hay adorned with pumpkins and Halloween decorations. He captioned it:

Zamprogna recently discussed his final General Hospital scenes with Monaco. He told Soap Opera Digest that she was tough yet cool, and the two shared a friendship outside of the show.
