Kristen Alderson originally came to General Hospital when her character Starr Manning was moved over from the canceled soap One Life to Live. Eventually, due to a rights dispute over the OLTL characters, Starr was written out, and Alderson was recast as Kiki Jerome, playing the role from 2013 to 2015.
In January 2024, Alderson gave birth to her first child, Kiera, with her fiancé, comedian Taylor Crousore. Recently, she shared a huge amount of joy for Crousore and their daughter with her fans.

The first picture shows Crousore holding up the baby, and the two are smiling as their cheeks are pressed against each other. The photos run through various points in the couple’s lives: dress-up occasions with Crousore sporting a nice tuxedo, the two enjoying her pregnancy and then in the hospital after Kiera’s birth, and the baby getting bigger as they enjoy days in the park and swimming in a pool.
One of the videos had Alderson and Kiera eagerly looking on as Dad danced with their dog, Indy. Another video had the couple lip-syncing at a concert. A third video clip showed Crousore plucking away at a ukelele with Kiera looking quizzical. In another video, Kiera is dressed as a cheerleader, and Dad helps her stand while they watch a sporting event. The baby shouted, “NO!” and Crousore agreed with her assessment of the game.
Other videos included Alderson and Crousore singing at another concert and Dad giving baby a dizzying ride on his shoulders.
The fans wished Crousore a Happy Birthday, with @mariajdelano loving one of their video clips:
