General Hospital alum Kelly Monaco reveals brand-new 'Bad Bunny' podcast

Kelly Monaco, who last aired as General Hospital's Sam McCall last fall, has finally announced what she plans to do next with her professional life. She is joining the podcast world.

Monaco took to Instagram on the evening of March 13 to share the news of her new venture.

"BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!" she wrote. Buckle up, Bunnies… 🐰🎙️ Kelly Monaco & @shannamoakler are teaming up for a brand-new podcast, BAD BUNNIES! Unfiltered. Untamed. Unapologetic. We’re bringing you Hollywood secrets, wild stories, pop culture tea, and real talk—nothing is off-limits!

"But before we drop our first episode, we want to hear from YOU!" she continued. "What topics do you want us to spill on? Reality TV chaos? Dating disasters? Hollywood drama? Let us know in the comments! Tag your besties & get ready—BAD BUNNIES is coming SOON!"

Monaco shared a video in the post as well, featuring photos of Monaco and Moakler's accomplishments through the years. The two women met years ago via their connection as Playboy Bunnies. Moakler, who has been seen NCIS, Entourage, and The Goldbergs, was a Playboy Bunny in 2001, while Monaco was one in 1997.

Fans were stunned when Monaco was suddenly let go from GH after 21 years on the soap. She wrapped up filming in September and Sam died at the end of October. Monaco has said she would eventually release a statement about her exit, but has yet to do so. Perhaps she will talk about it on her new podcast.

Despite Sam and Monaco being away from the Port Charles scene, the character is still an integral part of the soap. As a beloved PC heroine, Sam had loved ones, children, and a fiance who loved her dearly. Her death became part of a murder mystery after it was revealed she died via an IV overdose of a medication called Digitalis. Her killer, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), was recently brought to justice when Josslyn (Eden McCoy) killed him.

Sam died after donating part of her liver to Lulu (Alexa Havins), who emerged from her four-year coma on the day of Sam's heartbreaking funeral.
