Some of your favorite General Hospital stars will be taping an upcoming episode of the Jennifer Hudson show this week, according to Soap Opera Network.

GH stars will descend on Hudson's Burbank studio on Wednesday, January 29, for the first-ever episode of the talk show that will feature multiple soap stars. When the episode hits your screens, expect to see Laura Wright (Carly Spencer), Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos), Tanisha Harper (Jordan Ashford), Finola Hughes (Anna Devane), Cameron Mathison (Drew Quartermaine), and Donnell Turner (Curtis Ashford).

There's no doubt the stars will talk about their current stories while trying not to give too much away so fans tune in. While fans can never get too many spoilers, there's only so much the stars can say.

Give them something to talk about

All six GH actors who will appear on The Jennifer Hudson Show are currently involved in plots that are bound to heat up for the upcoming February sweeps ratings period.

Carly is off to Germany to care for Michael (Chad Duell) while he recovers from severe burns. Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) surprised her with his presence, so it stands to reason that we can expect some romance to take Carly's mind off hers and Michael's troubles.

Back home, Sonny is living with the reality of his heart condition. He has been having more frequent attacks while also having to deal with an attack on his penthouse that landed his son in the hospital, fighting for his life.

Crime fighters Anna and Jordan have to deal with a new threat in town in the form of Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who also appears to be the villain who planted an incendiary device in Sonny's home. Jordan's romantic life is also on the rise as both Brick (Stephen A. Smith) and Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) vie for her attention.

Former best friends Drew and Curtis are at odds with Curtis (and the audience), barely recognizing this new version of Drew, who threatens and deceives those he claims to care about. Curtis already orchestrated a coup of Drew's company. What will he do next to teach his new enemy a lesson?
