Days of our Lives star Bryan Dattilo's daughter lands role on General Hospital

General Hospital already has one star with a Days of our Lives connection, and now it's about to get more. Days of our Lives' Bryan Dattilo's (Lucas, Days of our Lives) daughter, Delila Dattilo, will be in Port Charles for the holidays.

Dattilo broke the news in an Instagram post on November 14.

"A Dattilo was spotted in Port Charles," the actor wrote next to a snap of Delila posing in front of the GH studio. "Finally, a real soap star in the family."

According to Soap Opera Digest, Delia will appear with her mom, Elizabeth Cameron, in holiday scenes at Rice Plaza. As diehard GH fans know, Rice Plaza is bustling with activity during the holiday season as characters bring their kids to buy Christmas trees and participate in other festive activities. Might Delila play a friend of Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny's (Maurice Benard) daughter Donna (Scarlett Brielle)?

Delia can join one of her dad's co-stars in PC as Wally Kurth plays Justin Kiriakis on DAYS and Ned Quartermaine on GH.

Proud family moments for the Dattilos

Little Delila Dattilo seems determined to follow in her father's footsteps. In a 2022 interview with Soap Opera Digest, Dattilo told the outlet that his daughter is a future soap star.

"She’s done a lot of acting already," he said. "She’s done four or five commercials. She’s made more money than I did [when I was younger]…. When I was 18, I didn’t make that much money...She memorizes so well. She’s great with dialogue. It’s amazing."

Dattilo shared a photo of Delila's summer musical production of Wonderland this past July writing, "So proud of my girl playing three roles in Wonderland she is a force on the stage. Sixth musical in a year. Next stop Broadway."

Dattilo has been playing Lucas Horton on DAYS since 1993. He was only 22 years old when he landed the role of Kate Roberts' (Lauren Koslow) and Bill Horton's teenage son. Over the last few years, Lucas has come and gone. Most recently, he lived as a monk after a prison stint while hiding from Clyde Weston (James Read). He helped apprehend Clyde once again before leaving town.

However, there's a good chance we'll see Lucas back again one day, especially with Alison Sweeney's Sami returning to town in 2025.
